The castle complex is open to the public and various rooms have been reconstructed in the open-air museum. On the tour of the castle you will learn a lot about the history of Regenstein.
You can also explore the area around the fortress and the forest invites you for a short hike. The castle mill can also be reached from the parking lot of the fortress and on the way to the sandstone caves you can dive a little deeper into the history on the medieval army road.
